When you phone the practice you will now encounter an automated answer phone system. This has been carefully considered by the practice partners.
The system will greet, advise and route callers to the appropriate person or department. We hope this will enhance professionalism by ensuring that all calls are answered promptly with a unified message and are then quickly redirected to the correct person or department.
This should reduce the frustration of not being able to get through to the surgery during busy hours, or being put on hold, so we can deal with patient needs as quickly as possible.
