Children eligible for an NHS flu vaccination from at the surgery are now able to book an appointment. Please call out Patient Navigation Team on 0118 984 2234 to book an appointment.
Any child deemed ‘at risk’ will be invited for a flu vaccination along with all 2 – 3 year olds within the following date of birth range:
AFTER or on 01/09/2016 and BEFORE or on 31/08/2018
