All medical queries and appointment requests (except nurse appointments) will be triaged by a GP upon receipt of the relevant online form on our website: The Boathouse Surgery (pangbournesurgery.co.uk)
To access the forms, please click on the ‘Reception and Enquiries’ box.
If you need an appointment or medical advice, please select ‘Medical query’.
For all other queries, please select the relevant option from the list.
If you do not have access to the internet, you can still call us, and our reception team will complete the relevant form on your behalf. You may also complete the form here at the surgery, but please keep in mind you will still have to wait for us to contact you once the GP has triaged the form.
We believe this new system will improve your access to medical services and thank you for your understanding as we transition into a new way of working.
