Our new triage system is now live. To make an appointment or ask a medical question please click on the Reception and Enquiries box on our main page and select the relevant option.
You do not need to use a form to book a nurse or vaccination appointment, please call us as normal.
The ‘Medical Queries and Appointments’ and Women Urinary Symptoms’ forms are open 8am – 4pm weekdays. Please call us if you require urgent medical attention 4pm – 6:30pm.
